We're hiring: Growth Manager 🚀About Hello World Group Hello World Group is a brand operations company that partners with distressed, incubated, and licensed consumer brands to build healthy, cashflow-positive businesses. We take over end-to-end operations — e-commerce, wholesale, supply chain, marketing, and finance — and leverage AI to run these functions faster and at lower cost than traditional teams. We operate licensed brands across DTC, wholesale, and marketplace channels, incubate new brands from concept to revenue, and acquire distressed brands to restore cashflow, working closely with lenders, founders, and stakeholders to unlock value across our portfolio.About the Role We're looking for a Growth Manager to drive revenue growth across DTC and marketplace channels for multiple brands in our portfolio. You'll analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing and promotions, and manage sales pipelines and channel strategies. Working closely with marketing, operations, and finance, you'll plan and execute growth experiments, improve unit economics, and scale what works.What you'll doOwn paid acquisition across Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, and other performance channelsDrive revenue growth across DTC and marketplace channels for multiple brandsAnalyze performance data, build dashboards, and make evidence-based decisionsOptimize pricing, promotions, and funnels; run A/B tests and scale winning initiativesImprove unit economics and report growth metrics to leadershipEnsure AI-driven tools and processes are used effectively to enhance performanceWhat we're looking forStrong analytical skills — you interpret data, build dashboards, and make evidence-based callsExcellent communication to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholdersProject management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives on time and within scopeHands-on experience running Facebook/Meta and Google AdsBonus pointsExperience with e-commerce, marketplaces (Amazon and others), or consumer brandsFamiliarity with growth tactics like funnel optimization, A/B testing, and performance marketingComfort working with AI-powered tools and data platforms in a fast-moving, operationally intensive environment
