In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and growth teams to develop, execute, and optimize email strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. If you combine strong copywriting skills with a data-driven mindset, understand what makes audiences take action, and are always looking for ways to improve performance, we’d love to hear from you!Get ready to:Own and drive the growth strategy for our email channel, from campaigns and automations to ongoing optimization.Develop high-performing email campaigns that engage our audience and support key business goals.Write compelling, conversion-focused copy tailored to different audiences, customer journeys, and growth objectives.Set up, manage, test, and optimize automated and manual email campaigns in Klaviyo or similar platforms.Plan and run A/B tests across messaging, subject lines, CTAs, segmentation, timing, and other campaign variables.Analyze email performance, identify growth opportunities, and turn insights into actionable improvements.Continuously experiment with new ideas, formats, and approaches to increase engagement, conversions, and customer retention.Ensure consistent brand voice and compelling storytelling across all email communications.We expect you to:Have 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or copywriting.Have a strong understanding of email marketing and growth best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and customer journeys.Have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, including campaign setup, automation flows, testing, and audience segmentation.Be a strong copywriter who knows how to turn insights into messaging that captures attention and drives action.Have a data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to use performance insights to guide decisions and prioritize growth opportunities.Be proactive, curious, and comfortable experimenting, testing new ideas, and continuously looking for ways to improve results.Be fluent in Lithuanian and English.Our Benefits & Perks:Office Location: A peaceful, green workspace in the heart of Antakalnis, Sapiegos Park.
