We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Director in United States.This is a high-impact, hands-on growth leadership role focused on building and scaling a full-funnel marketing engine across a national portfolio of premium physical assets. The position blends performance marketing, systems design, and operational enablement to transform real-world spaces into revenue-generating, highly engaging destinations. You will design and implement the infrastructure that connects digital campaigns to physical utilization, tenant engagement, and commercial outcomes. Working closely with executive leadership, you will translate complex growth strategies into scalable, automated systems that non-marketers can execute on-site. This role requires both strategic vision and strong execution capability, with ownership of analytics, attribution, and AI-driven marketing workflows. It is ideal for a builder who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments and enjoys turning ideas into scalable operating systems.AccountabilitiesIn this role, you will own the design and execution of a scalable growth marketing engine that drives both revenue generation and engagement across a distributed portfolio.Architect and deploy the core growth marketing infrastructure, including attribution models, campaign automation, and multi-channel digital funnels.Build enablement systems, playbooks, and automated toolkits that empower on-site teams to independently execute marketing initiatives.Lead tenant engagement and retention strategies through targeted digital communications that drive participation and long-term lease renewals.Develop and optimize monetization strategies for bookable spaces, events, and experiential programming to maximize utilization and revenue.Create and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels, including retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.Design and implement AI-driven content workflows to scale production of marketing assets without increasing operational headcount.Own analytics and attribution frameworks connecting digital engagement to physical outcomes, revenue performance, and leasing success.Support internal brand growth initiatives by applying performance marketing systems to strengthen inbound pipeline and positioning.RequirementsThis role requires a senior growth marketer with strong technical, analytical, and operational capabilities, combined with a builder mindset and experience in scalable systems.7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation with ownership of full-funnel campaigns.Proven ability to build scalable marketing systems, automation workflows, and enablement tools for distributed teams.Strong expertise in multi-channel acquisition, retargeting strategies, and campaign optimization across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.Experience with analytics and attribution tools, including GA4, GTM, and multi-touch attribution frameworks.Background in experiential environments, hospitality, real estate, or asset-based marketing is strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic individual contributor while influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership.Strong proficiency with AI tools and automated workflows for content production and marketing optimization.Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex systems into actionable execution frameworks.BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 plus equity eligibility.Free employee-only medical coverage.4% employer 401(k) match.Free short-term disability coverage.Flexible remote work within the continental United States.Opportunity for 25% nationwide travel.High-impact role with executive visibility and strategic ownership.Dynamic, innovation-driven environment focused on building scalable growth systems.How Jobgether WorksWe use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
