You'll partner with our CEO to build and execute integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline, establish category authority, and build community in the apprenticeship ecosystem. This role blends strategy and execution. You’ll shape our marketing approach, build repeatable programs, run experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly. You’ll also serve as a core part of our go-to-market team as we scale.What You'll Do1. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategy (paid, organic, email, events) to drive qualified pipelineOptimize the funnel from anonymous visitor → MQL → SQL in partnership with BDRs and salesBuild and refine marketing automation, nurturing, and segmentation programsOwn pipeline reporting: dashboards, funnel insights, ROI analysis, and lead-quality tracking2. Marketing Operations & SystemsOwn the marketing tech stack: automation, CRM alignment, analytics, attributionBuild scalable processes for scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and campaign ops3. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership Develop content strategy that establishes ApprentiScope as the authoritative voice in apprenticeship managementProduce or manage high-value content including videos, eBooks, case studies, guides, webinars, and blogs Build SEO and AEO authority by strengthening domain authority, keyword coverage, and organic visibilitySupport sales enablement with content, competitive intelligence, pitch decks, and one-pagersWhat You'll Bring5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in demand generation roles at early-stage or small software companies (seed through Series B)Proven track record building and scaling demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline Hands-on execution experience across multiple marketing disciplines: paid media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, marketing automation, and campaign analyticsDeep familiarity with the marketing stack: HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid search/social platformsContent creation skills: Ability to write compelling, outcome-focused messaging for different audiencesData-driven mindset: You measure everything, optimize relentlessly, and can articulate marketing's impact on pipeline and revenuePersonal AttributesSelf-starter with strong ownership mentality: You identify opportunities, build plans, and execute without waiting for directionComfortable with ambiguity: You thrive in environments where you need to figure things out, test hypotheses, and iterate quicklyStrategically minded, tactically fluent: You can think long-term but roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns, write copy, build landing pages, and analyze dataCollaborative and cross-functional: You work closely with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing with business goalsIntellectually curious: You stay current on marketing trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developmentsResults-oriented: You're motivated by impact—pipeline generated, deals closed, and business growthCompensationSalary: $140K-$160KEquity: meaningful, early-stage equity
