The founding team has built and sold to both sides of this market for twenty years, including scaling a creator-economy business for the past decade.The roleThe Growth Marketing Manager will own the top of the funnel. This includes but is not limited to content shipping daily, the public-facing website, LinkedIn presence, determining events to attend, corporate sponsorships, and outbound sequencing to develop qualified sales leads (QSLs). The role reports to the CRO, and you'll work daily with the founders. You'll have clear goals from day one, support to make decisions, budget. What you'll ownContent & product marketingThe website and content calendar, shipped daily. Positioning, case studies, and product marketing that make the next sales conversation easier than the last.Social Athios's presence, with LinkedIn and Instagram as the primary channels. Founder content, company posts, and the drumbeat that builds category authority.Influencer marketingCampaigns with athletes and creators that market the marketplace itself.Pipeline generationOutbound tooling and sequencing, plus mining our existing brand relationships for warm intros.Events & conferencesHelp set the calendar, run pre-event outreach, on-site coordination, and follow-up sequencing.ReportingA simple weekly view of pipeline created, conversations booked, and what's converting.What we're looking for• 3–5 years across influencer marketing, product marketing, and social content development.• Startup experience, or the scrappiness that comes from agency life. You know what it means to wear many hats and seek out new challenges. • A strong writer who can go from an IG or LinkedIn post to a landing page to an outbound sequence in the same day.• In or near Dallas–Fort Worth, with regular in-person time.Bonus • A real passion for sports, the creator economy, and social media.• Experience marketing a marketplace, a SaaS product, or a media/talent business.• Existing relationships with brand or agency marketers.Why this role, why nowBuild it, then run it.
