As part of the BR Intimates team, the Growth Marketing Manager will lead all digital customer acquisition and retention initiatives across the DTC e-commerce websites for Basic Resources Intimates’ three brands. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for developing and executing the performance marketing strategy across all traffic-driving channels to maximize qualified traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer lifetime value. The role will oversee paid media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, loyalty, and agency management while partnering closely with eCommerce sales/planning, merchandising, creative, analytics, and technology teams. This individual will immediately lead the RFP process for selecting a performance marketing agency and own the ongoing agency relationship. What You’ll Be Doing:Own acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, Shopping, Retargeting and other emerging channels.Develop annual and monthly performance marketing plans, budgets, forecasts and KPIsLead an immediate RFP for a Performance Marketing Agency, including requirements, agency communications, presentations, evaluations, recommendations and onboardingManage external agencies and hold partners accountable for performance and continuous optimizationOversee CRM/email marketing strategy including automated lifecycle campaigns, promotional campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing and deliverabilityManage and grow affiliate marketing partnerships and programsDevelop and optimize customer loyalty and retention programsPartner with merchandising and creative teams to align marketing with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaignsAnalyze funnel performance from acquisition through conversion and retention using GA4, Shopify analytics and other reporting toolsOptimize landing pages, conversion rate, checkout experience and customer journey through testingOwn the measurement framework for growth programs; tracking performance across channels and managing attribution models and reporting to measure ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate and revenuePartner with internal BI team and Shopify partners to implement tracking pixels, tags and marketing technologyMonitor competitive activity and identify growth opportunitiesPresent weekly performance insights and recommendations to leadershipHow You’ll Learn:Build and launch DTC performance marketing strategies for two nationally recognized brandsLead agency selection and strategic partnershipsGain ownership of full-funnel acquisition and retention marketingCollaborate cross-functionally across merchandising, creative, technology and analyticsQualifications:5-8+ years in performance marketing for DTC/eCommerce brandsExperience managing seven-figure digital media budgetsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising or related fieldExpertise in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate platforms, email/CRM, GA4and Google Tag ManagerExperience with Klaviyo or similar ESP preferredProven success improving ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and revenue growthStrong analytical, organizational, project management, and presentation skillsWorking Knowledge of SEO strategy and execution, including keyword development and onpageoptimizationComfortable building new processes in a fast-paced environmentAnnual salary range starting $120,000+.The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
