Growth Marketing Manager

Hele Outdoors is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our small-but-mighty team.

This is not a “sit in meetings all day and make Power Points” kind of marketing job.

You’ll be helping us:

🏕️ Launch new products

📈 Grow our e-commerce business

📧 Build better email campaigns & flows

🎥 Coordinate content, creators & shoots

💻 Improve the website + customer experience

📣 Manage paid marketing campaigns

🤝 Work with contractors, influencers & partners

We’ve grown quickly over the past few years (featured in Shark Tank, Outside Magazine, etc.), and we’re looking for someone who is organized, creative, proactive, a little scrappy, and excited to wear a lot of hats.

Oh — and did I mention it’s a 4-day work week?!

We think Fridays are better spent outside...
