Serving and protecting our customers is our top priority, and we are proud that our best marketing is our customer referrals and testimonials.Role DescriptionFreight brokers put an incredible amount of trust in Highway and that trust will be extended to you.The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the carrier relations marketing for the organization.Your role:Own and execute the carrier relations marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide marketing objectives and messaging.Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the business Highway’s offerings and value while aligning with broader brand narratives.Create and manage carrier relations enablement materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, product walkthroughs, competitive battle cards, etc.Lead initiatives such as blog posts, case studies, and customer-facing videos that reinforce key value propositions for the Carrier market.Partner with Product and Sales to support new feature launches and drive awareness and adoption.Monitor performance metrics and provide reporting on content usage, campaign results, and revenue impactGather and synthesize feedback from the carrier audience to influence the messaging, and campaign strategy for carrier engagement.Work closely with centralized brand, content, and design teams to maintain consistency across all deliverables while tailoring materials to the carrier audience.Support event planning and execution for relevant trade shows, webinars, and virtual events, ensuring strong representation for Highway with carriers.QualificationsExperienced in carrier marketing, creating strategic marketing campaigns with a multi-layered approach to reaching the customer.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly skilled in writing and creating unique content for campaigns. Experience with Zoom Webinars, HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and project management platforms.Ability to problem-solve on the fly and ensure a seamless event experience pre, during and post the events.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration highly preferred. Self-motivated and collaborative, able to work independently and autonomously while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
