In this role, you will work cross-functionally to drive user growth, improve product adoption, and accelerate Injective's expansion across global markets.Responsibilities:Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across Injective products. Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. Own and track key growth metrics, including user acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention. Run growth experiments across channels and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Partner with Product and Business Development teams to improve onboarding flows and user adoption. Identify and test new acquisition channels to expand Injective's reach beyond the existing crypto-native audience. Who you are:5+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role with proven track record of driving measurable user growth. Experience scaling user growth for a consumer-facing product, ideally in fintech, trading, crypto, or another regulated industry. Experience analyzing marketing performance and user engagement metrics. Familiarity with growth marketing frameworks and experimentation methodologies. Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign reporting. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
