Through national partnerships across the homeownership ecosystem, we’re embedding Made into key moments in the homeowner lifecycle and reaching millions of households.We’re building the operating system for the modern homeowner and we’re just getting started.About The RoleMade Card is looking for an execution-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to help scale marketing during a critical early stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone 3–6 years into their career with strong foundational marketing training from a respected agency, startup, fintech, or consumer tech company. You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing leader to execute growth initiatives across acquisition, lifecycle, partnerships, content, and product marketing. We’re looking for someone highly organized, analytical, scrappy, and eager to learn how to build a marketing function inside a fast-moving startup environment. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.What You’ll DoExecute Growth Initiatives & Partnership MarketingSupport growth initiatives across paid, lifecycle, partnerships, referrals, content, and product marketingHelp execute B2B2C acquisition programs with key partners, including mortgage lenders, home service providers, and referral channelsCoordinate partner-facing marketing materials, landing pages, email templates, co-branded campaigns, and launch assetsSupport go-to-market execution for new partnerships, offers, and homeowner-facing initiativesManage Marketing Operations & Creative ExecutionTranslate marketing priorities into clear briefs, timelines, and project plansCoordinate requests across founders, marketing leadership, design, product, partnerships, and external vendorsBrief and manage design resources to ensure assets are delivered on time, on brand, and against business objectivesMaintain marketing workflows, trackers, asset organization, and follow-through across multiple workstreamsHelp maintain consistency across marketing materials and communicationsAnalyze Performance & Improve ExecutionTrack marketing KPIs, campaign performance, partner/referral activity, and conversion trendsSupport testing across channels, messaging, landing pages, and partner acquisition flowsUse performance data and competitive context to identify practical opportunities for improvementWho You AreExperience & Skills3–6 years of experience at a growth agency, startup, fintech, consumer tech, or DTC companyStrong organizational, analytical, and project management skillsExperience supporting campaigns across paid, lifecycle/email, content, partnerships, or product marketingAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWays of WorkingCurious, proactive, and resourceful with strong follow-throughComfortable working closely with founders and senior stakeholdersCollaborative, low ego, and willing to roll up your sleevesStrong written and verbal communication skillsNice to HaveExperience in fintech, financial services, loyalty/rewards, or consumer subscriptionsFamiliarity with modern marketing and analytics toolsInterest in consumer finance, homeownership, or credit card productsBenefitsBase Compensation Band: $60,000–$120,000 (determined by experience, qualifications, and location)Compensation: Competitive salary with a stake in the company via equityHealth & Well-being: We’ll invest in your physical and mental well-being with comprehensive medical, dental, & vision benefitsGrow Together: Company-wide orientation for you to successfully onboard and other learning & development opportunities including regular review cycles that feature 360 degree feedbackMortgage Benefit: Receive up to $25,000 toward closing costs of a new mortgage via our mortgage partnersGenerous Time Off: Flexible paid time off, sick days, and 11 company holidaysThroughout the interview process, please remember that emails will only be from madecard.com emails.
