Growth Marketing Manager – DeFi Infrastructure (Oracle) – Remote (Europe) Plexus are working with a leading blockchain oracle who are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join a lean team, owning growth initiatives that drive inbound lead generation and market visibility within the professional DeFi ecosystem. This is a B2B, infrastructure-facing role; candidates from retail, CEX, or DEX marketing backgrounds will not be a fit.Responsibilities Drive qualified inbound leads through campaigns targeting DeFi protocols, lending platforms, vaults, and L1/L2 foundationsBuild own workflows using modern AI tooling – MCPs, scripting, automation – for maximum leverageRequirementsGenuine, intrinsic interest in professional DeFi infra: stablecoins, vaults, lending protocols, oracles1–5 years' experience in growth or B2B marketing, with a demonstrable track record of campaigns that generated measurable resultsInfra, protocol, or technical marketing background – not retail crypto, CEX, or DEXOffer/BenefitsFully remote workingFlexible B2B contractUp to 70k USD + token allocationSound like you, or someone you know?
