WIT is recognized as a Sports Business Journal Best Place to Work in Sports and a Front Office Sports Best Employer in Sports.Role Description: As Growth Marketing Manager at WIT, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving our brand and team vision, and accelerating our commercial expansion into new markets and verticals. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, you’ll lead from inception to delivery across all growth channels – driving lead generation and content-led demand-gen marketing strategy that support our ambitious growth targets. This will be both a hands-on and strategic role – you’ll need to be able to analyze data and lean on experience to direct strategy, then lead on building out the production of assets and development of the capabilities required to deliver it. The role is ideal for a marketer with experience in B2B demand generation, content creation, performance marketing, and CRM/ marketing automation with the ability to drive an initiative from inception to flawless execution. You’ll thrive in a small, but growing team in a start-up environment demonstrating the grit, attitude and resourcefulness required to achieve ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities:Demand Generation & GrowthLead multi-channel growth and lead generation strategy with 100% focus on marketing efforts into our growth marketsDrive consistent pipeline growth through any and all digital channels and paid campaigns.Scale performance marketing channels including paid search, SEO, and emerging AI-powered discoverability acquisition.Content MarketingScale WIT’s content strategy and production, including many thought leadership formats like reporting, infographics, video, webinars, case studies, and product marketing.Explore heavy-hitting content production options and formats to stay ahead of the curve, to hit performance goals Oversee Prospect Comms - developing brand voice, strategy, and content calendar.Events & Media PartnershipsLead proprietary event strategy and production – from concept to execution – to generate leads, build community, generate content and strengthen partner relationships.Manage sponsorship activations and event partnerships that drive awareness and measurable ROI in our target audiences.Execute media partnership strategies & PR (editorial, sponsored content, advertising) to amplify the reach of our messaging and people.
