**W2 Contract**San Francisco, CA**REMOTE**125-130/hr**The Engagement Growth Marketing team is at the intersection of marketing, engineering and data science. As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in managing relationships with the community. Your responsibilities include driving the strategy, development, enhancement, and execution of lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns across email, push, onsite, and in-app notifications, focused on driving activation, engagement, retention & reactivation. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, from crafting strategy, to capturing business requirements, to planning, delivery, and evaluation of performance against KPIs. You will be a thought partner and trusted stakeholder to functional leads and business partners across Product, Data Science, Business Ops, Host Community, Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to set and exceed aggressive growth targets.Responsibilities:Identify, build and implement Host lifecycle strategies that drive incremental value to the Hosting experience.Own & manage lifecycle campaigns that help Airbnb Hosts realize their hosting potential and nurtures them throughout their hosting journey.Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, MarOps, Creative, Host Community, Analytics, etc) to build roadmaps, identify opportunities, and evangelize the Host Engagement function.Drive a testing and learning agenda, from executing one-off/ad-hoc campaigns to scaling successful strategies through automation.Conduct regular, extensive experimentation and in-depth user data analysis to facilitate rapid learning & application of any insights.Serve as a subject matter expert on Host engagement, and stay up-to-date on current CRM trends and new technologies.Own project management and cross-functional campaign development workflow with partner & stakeholder teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Data Science, Creative, Brand, Community, Production).Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements.Own comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly reporting of all relevant KPIs & build the right dashboards to track and socialize performance.Articulate and present strategy, progress, results and data analyses / learnings effectively to stakeholders and the wider business.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or related growth functions with hands-on experience in incentive programs, loyalty mechanics, or membership marketing.Deep expertise across owned channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journey design, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral marketing.Proven ability to influence cross-functional roadmaps and present strategy strategy and results clearly to senior leadership.Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, performance measurement, and campaign optimization.Experience partnering effectively across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Marketing teams.Ability to balance growth objectives with customer experience and brand considerations.Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and AI-enabled personalization capabilities.
