Head of Field Marketing and Strategic EventsAI SecurityLocation: Untied States Salary: $200,000-$250,000 OTEThe RoleScout Global are currently partnered with a fast growth AI Security start-up who are looking to expand their Marketing team. We are looking for our Founding Field & Demand Generation specialist to build the function from scratch by driving pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across key market.This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, owning regional campaigns, field events, partner activations, and integrated demand generation programs that generate measurable business impact.This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys building programs from the ground up.What You'll be Doing:Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue.Plan and manage events including trade shows, executive dinners, webinars, partner events, and customer activity.Build integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, content, social.Partner closely with sales teams to support territory priorities and account-based marketing.Own campaign performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, attendance.Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create compelling messaging and campaign.Manage marketing calendars, budgets, vendors, and events.Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and industry events to expand market.Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize programs for efficiency and scale.Support customer marketing initiatives including advocacy, community-buiding.Who You Are:6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing.Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel marketing programs.Experience working closely with B2B sales teams in a high-growth Cyber Security environment.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Analytical mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and autonomy.Experience with ABM strategies and event marketing is highly preffered.Follow Scout Global for more roles like this
