We’re hiring a Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d) to build and lead our AI-enabled function from the ground up. In this role, you will shape how the market understands our value, define how we package and price our offerings, and lead tier-1 launches across our platform as well as key strategic and emerging product areas.
This is a founding leadership role with a strong hands-on component. You will design the function, set up the systems, and drive the work yourself. Rather than scaling through headcount first, you will take an agent-led approach to execution.
The role is designed as a true player-coach position, not a purely managerial one.
You will report directly to the CPO and work closely with leaders across Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sustainability.
What can you expect?
- Build, operate, and continuously improve an AI-native PMM operating system across agents, sources of truth, templates, workflows, and reusable context layers
- Drive AI-first workflows across all PMM activities: AI drafts first, humans refine, recurring work gets automated
- Use AI to scale speed, consistency, quality, and leverage across positioning, launches, enablement, and competitive intelligence
- Ensure one AI-supported source of truth across positioning, messaging, launch materials, and sales narratives
- Own the strategic product narrative and capability positioning across platform and solution pillars
- Use AI-supported research, synthesis, and narrative testing to sharpen positioning against product strategy, market dynamics, and growth goals
- Translate complex capabilities into compelling, customer-relevant value narratives
- Own the end-to-end launch operating system for tier-1 and tier-2 launches
- Build AI-supported launch workflows across product, marketing, and sales to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
- Use AI to accelerate launch planning, messaging development, asset creation, and internal enablement
- Define and evolve the pricing and packaging narrative as a key commercial lever
- Use AI-supported analysis and synthesis to sharpen value articulation for expansion, retention, and revenue growth
- Develop AI-enhanced sales enablement assets such as battlecards, persona narratives, objection handling, and value messaging
- Equip Sales with clear positioning, competitive context, and conversion-ready messaging
- Continuously improve enablement assets through feedback loops, usage insights, and AI-assisted iteration
- Own a systematic, AI-leveraged competitive intelligence function
- Use AI agents and structured workflows to monitor competitors, synthesize insights, and identify market shifts
- Deliver regular, synthesized market intelligence to inform strategy, positioning, and sales execution
- Own analyst engagement and narrative shaping
- Represent IntegrityNext’s positioning within the analyst ecosystem
- Use analyst feedback and AI-supported synthesis to refine external positioning and strategic narratives
- Drive NRR contribution as the primary success metric
- Ensure all PMM activities support retention, expansion, and revenue growth
- Continuously optimize PMM workflows for a lean, high-leverage operating model
What should you bring along?
Experience & Domain Focus- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing (PMM), including prior leadership of a PMM function
- Proven track record in positioning and/or packaging that measurably improved retention or expansion (NRR impact)
- Bonus: experience in compliance, risk, supply chain, ESG, or other regulated B2B SaaS environments, ideally in European enterprise contexts
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM and agent tooling (e.g. Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, MCP, or similar stacks)
- Proven AI-native practice, including building agents, custom GPTs, automations, or context layers
- Strong capability in messaging, positioning, and narrative development, with a preference for owning and drafting core materials yourself
- Strong ownership and execution mindset — you ship without waiting for permission
- Hands-on operator who combines strategy with direct execution
- High level of agency, speed, and accountability
- Strong pattern recognition and ability to operate in complex, evolving environments
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate complexity into compelling narratives and direction
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-impact, fast-moving environment
