Social Media & Influencer Marketing ManagerDXB Perfume – United KingdomRole OverviewDXB Perfume is seeking an ambitious, creative and commercially driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our social media presence, creator partnerships and content strategy across the UK and international markets.This role combines social media management, content creation, influencer marketing and community growth. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, building creator relationships and supporting revenue growth across our retail, e-commerce and distribution channels.Working closely with our marketing, e-commerce, retail and brand teams, you will ensure DXB Perfume remains visible, relevant and culturally connected across all major social platforms.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that modern brand growth comes from a combination of outstanding content, engaged communities and authentic creator partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & ManagementDevelop and execute DXB Perfume's social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and emerging platforms.Create and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, retail activity and seasonal events.Ensure all content reflects DXB Perfume's brand identity, tone of voice and commercial objectives.Drive growth in followers, engagement, reach and overall brand visibility.Monitor platform trends and adapt content strategies to maximise performance.Content Creation & ProductionCreate engaging, high-quality content including:TikTok videosInstagram ReelsStoriesProduct demonstrationsBehind-the-scenes contentCreator collaborationsRetail and event contentAttend retail stores, exhibitions, product launches and events to capture content.Coordinate content shoots with internal teams, creators and external suppliers.Repurpose influencer-generated content across DXB Perfume's owned channels.Ensure a consistent flow of fresh, relevant and trend-led content.Community ManagementManage day-to-day engagement across all social media platforms.Respond to comments, messages and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.Build an engaged online community and encourage meaningful audience interaction.Monitor customer feedback, sentiment and emerging conversations around the brand.Influencer & Creator MarketingDevelop and execute DXB Perfume's influencer marketing strategy.Identify, recruit and manage influencers, content creators, affiliates and brand ambassadors.Build long-term relationships with creators aligned with the brand.Manage all influencer communications including:OutreachNegotiationContractingBriefingCampaign managementPerformance reviewsCoordinate product gifting, PR packages and influencer seeding campaigns.Manage influencer participation at product launches, retail activations and brand events.Campaign & Product Launch SupportLead social media and influencer activity for:New with social media, influencer and consumer trends.Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for DXB Perfume.Recommend new content formats, campaign ideas and platform opportunities.Continuously test and introduce innovative approaches to audience growth and engagement.Skills & ExperienceEssentialMinimum 3 years' experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing or digital marketing.Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and other major social platforms.Experience creating and editing social media content.Experience managing influencer campaigns and creator relationships.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organisational and project management abilities.Commercially aware with a focus on growth and performance.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.DesirableExperience within beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle brands.Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing.Photography and videography skills.Knowledge of paid social advertising.Experience using influencer management and social analytics tools.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Social
