Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive DashPass subscriber growth and increase paid memberships.Partner with cross-functional teams including Growth Marketing, Brand, CRM, Creative, Product, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Analytics to deliver impactful campaigns.Plan and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, growth sprints, partnership launches, and promotional events.Analyse customer insights, campaign performance, and market trends to optimise marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.Define quarterly marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure campaign success and subscriber growth.Lead cross-functional meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.Develop positioning and messaging strategies for lifecycle marketing audiences to improve engagement and retention.Identify testing opportunities and collaborate with Insights and Research teams to optimise customer acquisition and retention strategies.Establish marketing processes and operational best practices to improve team efficiency and campaign execution.Monitor performance and retention campaigns, providing actionable recommendations to increase paid subscriber growth.Identify resource gaps and collaborate with leadership to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in integrated marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or consumer marketing.Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.Experience using data and customer insights to drive marketing decisions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience with subscription, e-commerce, marketplace, or technology businesses is highly preferred.Compunnel Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.
