We're looking for an entrepreneurial marketer who lives and breathes beauty to own our global marketing engine and turn brand vision into growth you can measure.Reporting directly to Management, you'll lead the full marketing and communications function: our Social & Influencer specialist, Studio team, freelancers and PR agencies all look to you. Every channel, every market, every launch, from first swatch to sold out.What you'll doTurn brand strategy into marketing that lands, in every market we play in.Lead marketing for our existing beauty brands and the ones we haven't launched yet: positioning, go-to-market, global rollout.Build and run integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR and events, from product drops to counter activations.Own the marketing calendar: launches, collections, promotions, the full rhythm of the beauty year.Direct creatives, agencies and production, from campaign shoots and swatch content to final assets.Track performance, beauty trends and competitors. Then optimize, relentlessly.What you bring7+ years in marketing, ideally in beauty or fashion.A sharp instinct for branding, consumer insight and content that converts.You know the beauty landscape: what's trending on shelf, on feed and in basket.Range: B2C and B2B, digital, CRM, retail and events.A track record of managing creatives, campaigns and complex projects.Organized, hands-on and creative, with an eye for detail and communication skills that cut through.A global, collaborative, adaptable mindset.
