General information
Mavie Work helps HR leaders in 8 European markets build healthier, more resilient workforces. Eight markets means eight realities, but we want one Mavie Work: recognizable, consistent, and commercially effective wherever buyers meet us.Marketing is the business partner responsible for generating qualified leads, strengthening market presence, and enabling business growth across all countries.Your job:
Give the countries the playbook, the master content, and the sparring they need, and develop scalable marketing initiatives, nurture prospects through the funnel, and deliver sales-ready opportunities to the Sales & Business Development teams.
Your mission
Lead Generation & Demand Generation- Develop and execute international demand generation strategies and campaigns to generate qualified leads across multiple channels including digital channels as well as events.
- Define and continuously optimize the B2B demand generation framework, including funnel stages, lead qualification, lead nurturing, and sales handover.
- Measure and report marketing performance, identify funnel improvement opportunities, and optimize campaign effectiveness to maximize pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with Sales & Business Development on international campaigns and product launches.
- Develop and maintain the central marketing playbook, campaign frameworks, and annual marketing calendar.
- Translate global master/umbrella brand campaigns, developed in close collaboration with the Umbrella Brand & Marketing function and BU teams, into effective B2B marketing measures and provide the corresponding toolkits for local B2B marketing and sales teams.
- Create master marketing campaigns, content, collateral, and launch kits that country organizations can efficiently localize and reuse.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for country marketing teams, providing guidance, best practices, templates, and training to strengthen local marketing capabilities.
- Foster knowledge sharing across countries by promoting successful initiatives and facilitating regular cross-country collaboration.
- Safeguard brand consistency across all markets by maintaining brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.
- Manage and continuously improve the shared content and asset library including our website, ensuring one source of truth for campaigns, case studies, customer references, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate external agencies and partners where required to deliver high-quality marketing activities and support regional marketing platforms.
Your profile
Must-haves- 5+ years in B2B marketing across multiple countries, with real ownership of both content/campaigns and demand gen / pipeline. Not pure brand. Not pure performance. Both.
- Influence without authority. Demonstrable history of getting teams who don’t report to you to follow a shared plan. The single most important skill in this role.
- Systems thinker, not soloist. You build playbooks, frameworks, and toolkits that scale instead of becoming the bottleneck.
- B2B demand-gen + sales fluency. You can read a funnel, name where it’s broken, and propose specific fixes. You’ve worked closely with B2B sales teams and know how to turn marketing into pipeline.
- Editorial and content craft. You can produce master campaigns, thought leadership, and customer stories yourself, not just brief someone else. High bar on copy, structure, and brand voice in English (and you know how to make it reachable with AI’s help).
- AI-native operator and comfortable outsourcer. You actively use AI to automate, draft, and analyze and redesign workflows around it rather than bolting it on. As comfortable handing work to an agency, freelancer, or AI agent as to a teammate.
- Proactive initiative + reliability. You spot gaps and close them without being asked. When you commit to a date, the thing ships or in case of an obstacle, a new date is proactively communicated.
- Fluent in English. Fluent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel - daily tools in this role).
- A second CEE language (Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian).
- Background in HR tech, corporate wellbeing, EAP, occupational health, or B2B services to HR buyers.
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, ActiveCampaign or comparable B2B MarTech.
- You’ve worked through a re-org or a country activation before.
Why us?
- A real seat at the table: direct line to the Chief Customer Officer; your work shapes how Mavie Work shows up in 8 markets.
- Autonomy to design how international marketing actually works. We’re rebuilding it with you.
- A B2B mission with weight: workplace mental health and wellbeing for hundreds of thousands of employees across Europe.
- A smart office with smart colleagues in the second district of Vienna (Praterstern) – and of course home-office as well as some exciting business trips to our branches in wonderful European cities.
- Mavie Work benefits (mental and physical health program) and community events. Laptop with Microsoft OS and Android mobile phone.
