📍 New York, NY (Hybrid)If you’re someone who lives at the intersection of data, performance marketing, and storytelling and you know how to turn audiences into action this role is for you.At IAB, we’re not just running campaigns, we’re driving the audience engine behind some of the most influential events in digital media.We’re looking for a performance-first marketer who knows how to optimize, test, and scale someone who sees email not just as a channel, but as a revenue driver.💥 What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll own how we acquire, engage, and convert audiences across our entire event portfolio:Leading performance marketing strategies that drive event registration and revenueOwning email marketing end-to-end, segmentation, personalization, automation, testing, and deliverabilityOptimizing the full funnel—from awareness to conversionWorking across channels (email, web, paid, CRM) to maximize performanceUsing data to continuously refine, improve, and scale campaignsYou’ll play a critical role in powering flagship industry moments like ALM, NewFronts, PlayFronts, and more.📌 Sample of Daily Responsibilities• Develop and execute digital and content marketing strategy for event products• Own and optimize email marketing strategy, including campaign planning, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation• Build, test, and optimize campaigns, including subject lines, creative, CTAs, and send strategies• Test new digital channels and strategies to support marketing plans• Project manage marketing deliverables with cross-functional teams and external partners• Manage marketing budgets, track campaign results, and suggest improvements• Prioritize audience development through segmentation, personas, and voice for digital targeting• Evaluate funnel and channel performance and optimize conversion across email, landing pages, and registration flows.• Analyze, develop, and present attendance updates to leadership🔥 Who This Role Is ForThis is for someone who:Thinks in funnels, performance, and conversionKnows how to turn data into actionIs fluent in email marketing, segmentation, and lifecycle strategyLoves testing—subject lines, creatives, timing, channelsCan operate both strategically and in executionIs energized by owning outcomes, not just tasksYou’re not just running campaigns, you’re driving results.💡 What Makes You Stand OutStrong background in performance marketing and demand generation, with the ability to analyze, optimize, and scale campaignsDeep experience with email platforms + CRM integrations and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media platformsProven ability to analyze, optimize, and scale campaignsComfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities, and translating data into clear, actionable insightsStrong communicator who can translate data into insightsAbility to create and adapt marketing assets using tools like Canva, with working knowledge of WordPress and/or HTML/CSS🌍 Why You’ll Love IABWe team up.
