Our team of communications experts, design professionals, and digital media specialists, unite strategy and compelling creative to drive action for clients ranging from well-known international brands to maturing startups across industries including defense, Intelligence, aerospace, and technology.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a hands-on Manager of Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize B2B and B2G demand-generation, recruiting, and brand campaigns across LinkedIn, programmatic, and paid social channels. You will manage campaign planning and execution, from audience development and media planning through creative orchestration, launch, optimization, reporting, and client presentations, working closely with our strategy, creative, PR, and account teams to deliver measurable results.What you’ll doOwn channel strategy and media planning for B2B/B2G campaigns across:LinkedIn (including Lead Gen Forms, Conversation Ads, Matched Audiences/ABM, and remarketing)Programmatic display/video/audio via DSPs (PMPs, contextual, intent, and ABM segments)CTV/OTT (audience-based targeting, frequency management, brand safety, and VCR optimization)Paid social (e.g., Meta, X, YouTube, Reddit) aligned to audience and objectiveCross-channel remarketing and sequential messagingTranslate brand and go-to-market insights from our strategic analysis into digital media architectures, audience frameworks, flighting, and testing plans.Build and manage end-to-end campaign setups: UTM strategy, pixels/tags, conversion events, audiences, and QA in platforms and tag managers.Support creative orchestration with designers/copywriters to brief, traffic, and iterate ads; run structured A/B and multivariate tests.Own budget allocation, pacing, and bid strategies; optimize for quality, pipeline influence, and efficiency (e.g., VCR, CTR, CPA, viewability).Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards; report performance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders with clear recommendations and next steps.Ensure brand safety, suitability, and regulatory/contract compliance for government-related initiatives; uphold privacy and cookie-consent best practices.Collaborate with account and PR teams on integrated campaigns, content calendars, and landing page/CRO improvements to increase conversion rates.Support stakeholder evaluation new partners/technologies.Support new-business efforts with media POVs, budgets, and case studies.What you’ll bring3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on B2B demand generation; B2G experience highly preferred.Proven, hands-on expertise executing and optimizing:LinkedIn Ads (Campaign Manager) for lead generation and ABMProgrammatic display/video and CTV via a DSP (e.g., StackAdapt, DV360, or similar)Cross-channel remarketing strategiesPaid social platforms for upper/mid-funnel and lead genSearch MarketingPreferred SEO/GEO ExperienceStrong analytics mindset: GA4 proficiency, UTM governance, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking; comfortable creating performance dashboards and telling a clear story with data.Experience collaborating with creative teams and writing tight, actionable briefs; confident presenting strategy and results to clients.Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and aligning MQL/SQL definitions with client teams.Knowledge of brand safety, privacy, accessibility, and government-related considerations (e.g., suitability standards, Section 508 awareness for landing experiences).Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders.Agency experience preferred.Nice to haveCertifications (LinkedIn Marketing Labs, The Trade Desk Edge Academy/IAB, GA4).Experience with ABM platforms and intent data providers.CRO tools (landing page builders, heatmaps, testing platforms).Experience in our core industries: aerospace, technology, government service providers, engineering/construction, non-profits, consumer brands.How you’ll measure successPipeline impact and lead quality (MQL-to-SQL conversion, opportunity creation)Efficient cost per result (CPL/CPA) and channel ROIGrowth of qualified audiences and account penetration in target segmentsImprovement in media effectiveness (VCR, viewability, CTR, frequency efficiency)Clear, strategic reporting and client satisfaction/retentionWhy Focused ImageWork with a collaborative team of communications, design, and digital specialists delivering integrated programs—from concept through implementation—for brand-name enterprises and high-growth innovators.Opportunity to shape sophisticated B2B/B2G media programs that connect strategy and creative to drive real outcomes.
