With functions spanning creative and marketing, strategy, consumer insights, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.We’re looking for a Manager, Marketing in Germany, based in our Hamburg office. In this role, you’ll work closely with our DACH General Manager, and partner with Creative, Product, Comms, Sales, and Insights teams in EMEA to build and execute marketing programs which grow Snap’s business goals. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, International who is based in London. This role is an individual contributor role - but requires a significant degree of influence to ensure outcomes are achieved for the market.What you’ll do:Lead the DACH Marketing strategy and plan, focusing on a mix of business and consumer facing marketing within the German marketCreate and execute marketing programs and initiatives which deliver on the strategy and communicate Snap’s value proposition for to businesses via innovative campaigns, success stories, thought leadership, partnerships, workshops, and eventsWork with global brand, creative and cross-functional teams to create culturally relevant and best-in-class creative, integrated marketing campaignsWork closely with cross-functional partners to support our team efforts by communicating our brand vision and campaign ideas to rally supportPartner with other stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Insights, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms, Marketing Science, and Sales to ensure our marketing delivers on Snap DACH’ overarching business goalsRepresent Snap Marketing in internal forums and contribute to key decisions in the marketCollaborate with other marketing leads in EMEA to build and localize global marketing programs, and share best practices across our portfolioDevelop insights to share with EMEA Marketing leadership to help increase market understanding and future brand positioning / campaignsMeasure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing and ensure it delivers on Snap’s goals in the marketKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to navigate complex organizationsA multidimensional marketer with a track record of inspiring creative ideas that come to life across a broad ecosystem of marketing channels including paid, organic and earned.
