Marketing and Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Partnerships Manager with 3+ years of F&B experience to drive our social media, delivery platforms, in-house designs, and event/concert presence. Collaborating with senior management and support staff (e.g., designer, photographer), you will launch demand-based campaigns to grow restaurant revenue. The ideal candidate is a proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in Hong Kong’s fast-paced market.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Social Media Channels to grow presence (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)Guide Graphic Designer in creation of different artworks and menus Maintain a social media content calendar, and coordinate with influencers, and other internal/external stakeholders
Partner with Senior Managers to launch targeted promotions based on real-time demand, analyzing results to identify new opportunities and adapt tactics to meet business goals
Coordinate with platforms like Food panda, Keeta and Open rice to implement different promotions and initiatives Liaise with event operations teams to coordinate Ebeneezer’s participation and on-site brand presence at major concerts and events
Stay up-to-date with the local market, competitors, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve and adapt strategies What we are looking for University degree with major in Marketing or related disciplines Minimum 3 years' working experience in Marketing within F&B industry is a requirement Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is mandatory A self-motivated, result-oriented professional who can work independently and think innovativelyA creative problem-solver ready to evolve strategies in a fast-paced market Salary &
