Job DescriptionResponsible for all commercial marketing activities including procedure marketing, product management, sales support, and marketing communications. He/she will provide strategic market direction and will work closely with all functional areas in France and with the Headquarter. The Marketing and T&E Manager will provide leadership in product positioning, developing performance expectations, pursuing and monitoring customer satisfaction.Ensure efficient coordination of HCC processes / documents, data management , interface between Dental Authorities (ONCD), local Leadership and Global Legal teams, contribute to make HCC a primary value proposition for ABT, our customers and their patients.Job RequirementsUniversity degree, bachelor. Master degree a plusKnowledge of restorative and surgical implant dentistryStrong knowledge of marketing intelligenceStrong technical/clinical knowledge – Market expertise (internal/external)Advanced acumen on business principles (e.g., business plan, PDP, etc.)Knowledge of marketing management tools, customer relationship management tools , Digital experienceOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsStrong Salesforce experienceAdvanced negotiation skillsStrong coaching/teaching skillsAbility to forecast, budgetAbility to support the Country Manager for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plansPositive mental "doer" attitude with a hands-on promptness in decision makingFluent in French and EnglishCustomer communication skills: capability to listen to and understand the customer, to create enthusiasm, to create wishes and to respond adequately to needs and wishes of customersCapability to present on stage and run training sessionsStrong marketing skills that enable the Country Manager to create an environment for driving performance and market share growthOperating CompanyImplant DirectEnvista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
