OVERVIEW:Our client, a provider of Health, Dental, Vision, Medicaid, and Medicare Healthcare service plans in the state of California with 4.7 million members and $22.9 billion of annual revenues, seeks an accomplished Marketing Campaign Manager – Medicare Communications IMPORTANT NOTES:This will be a remote role.Client will be considering only California ResidentsWork Schedule: (Mon – Fri) |9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time) || 40 hours per weekDuration: 6 Months with possible extensionRESPONSIBILITIES:The Commercial Member Acquisition Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Analyst to support client-specific campaigns, member communications, and digital experiences.This role partners closely with marketing strategists and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize marketing initiatives that drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Medicare marketing, campaign management, compliance-driven communications, and data-driven performance optimization.This individual will support both digital and print marketing initiatives while ensuring all communications align with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns that drive member engagement and acquisitionExecute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, direct mail, and print communicationsSupport Medicare member onboarding communications and engagement initiativesDevelop and maintain microsites, digital content, and marketing assets for open enrollment campaignsCreate and edit consumer-friendly communications including emails, flyers, presentations, and web contentManage campaign execution through Workfront, JIRA, and other project management platformsCoordinate with creative, legal, communications governance, digital, and account management teamsTrack campaign performance using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, campaign IDs, and UTM parametersAnalyze open rates, response rates, return mail metrics, and list health to optimize campaign effectivenessEnsure all communications meet Medicare, compliance, and regulatory standardsMaintain campaign documentation, timelines, and project deliverablesSupport client-specific member acquisition and retention campaigns for large employer groupsLeverage data insights to recommend improvements and optimize marketing outcomesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirementsQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations experience.Must have Medicare marketing and member communications experienceExperience working in regulated healthcare, Medicare, or health insurance environmentsStrong project management and organizational skillsMust have experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Workfront.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent analytical and quantitative skillsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experienceAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience balancing marketing objectives with compliance and regulatory requirementsStrong understanding of customer engagement and member communication strategiesExpertise in campaign execution, reporting, and performance measurementExperience with website content management and editing platformsFamiliarity with campaign tracking methodologies and marketing operations processesStrong attention to detail and quality assurance experienceData-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvementRecruiter Contact InfoI'd love to talk to you if you think this position is right up your alley, and assure prompt communication, whichever direction.
