Position SummaryBSS is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Lead to take ownership of the company's marketing strategy and execution.In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, generating qualified leads, supporting business growth, and driving marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will work closely with Management and the Commercial Team to develop and execute marketing activities that contribute directly to the company's objectives.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills in a B2B environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Ensure consistency of the BSS brand identity and messaging across all communication channels.Drive lead generation initiatives to support business development and sales objectives.Create, manage, and coordinate content for social media, website, email marketing, and other communication channels.Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation activities.Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).Coordinate external agencies, designers, vendors, and other marketing partners.Support the planning and promotion of corporate events, webinars, conferences, and exhibitions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.Collaborate closely with the Commercial Team and senior management to align marketing initiatives with business goals.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar Marketing role.Proven experience in developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising.Hands-on experience in content marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience managing marketing budgets and external partners/agencies.Preferred QualificationsExperience within the technology, ICT, software, cybersecurity, or business solutions sector.Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.Experience coordinating marketing projects and external suppliers.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.The opportunity to shape and lead the marketing function of a growing organization.Direct contribution to the company's growth and market positioning.Ready to make an impact?If you are passionate about marketing, business growth, and building strong brands in a B2B environment, we would love to hear from you.Apply now and become part of the BSS team.
