The RoleWe're looking for a commercially driven Marketing Lead to own and execute Panda's growth marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, inbound pipeline, and revenue growth across multiple audiences and channels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across demand generation, digital marketing, content, employer branding, and marketing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Demand GenerationOwn Panda's lead generation and growth strategy.Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, social, and web.Manage paid media across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.Build conversion-focused campaign journeys, including landing pages, retargeting, nurture flows, and CRO.Monitor performance, pipeline impact, CAC, ROI, and conversion metrics, continuously optimising for growth.Brand, Content & SocialLead Panda's content and social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and email.Create thought leadership, customer stories, campaign content, and brand storytelling.Strengthen Panda's positioning, messaging, and market presence.Website, SEO & Agency ManagementOwn website performance, conversion optimisation, and weekly editing.Manage external SEO and digital agency partners to improve search visibility, organic growth, and lead generation.Optimise user journeys, landing pages, and reporting to maximise conversion performance.AI, Automation & InnovationLeverage AI and automation tools to improve campaign execution, content creation, reporting, and operational efficiency.Identify scalable growth opportunities through emerging technologies and marketing trends.Employer BrandPartner with Talent leadership to strengthen Panda's EVP and employer brand.Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and content that attract high-quality talent.Marketing OperationsManage marketing technology, reporting, agency relationships, and performance tracking.Collaborate closely with leadership, commercial, talent, and operations teams.What We're Looking For3+ years in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing.Proven track record in generating inbound leads and managing paid campaigns.Strong understanding of campaign strategy, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, analytics, and content.Experience managing external agencies and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.Commercially minded, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.Success MeasuresIncreased inbound pipeline and qualified leads.Strong campaign ROI and revenue contribution.Improved website conversion and organic visibility.Stronger brand awareness, engagement, and employer brand presence.Scalable marketing systems, reporting, and growth foundations.
