Our client - International iGaming company (online casino & sportsbook), operating across multiple markets.The company is strengthening local presence in Arabic countries and looking for a specialist who will build a structured local marketing system - conducting market research, managing agencies, and launching effective marketing initiatives.Role MissionTo create a sustainable and scalable local marketing infrastructure.Responsibilities: Conduct research on the local market (online & offline)Analyze competitors and their marketing activitiesIdentify new channels and growth opportunitiesMonitor trends and audience behaviorPrepare analytical insights and strategic recommendationsAdapt global marketing strategy to the Arabic marketPropose and plan local campaignsCoordinate campaign launches and executionResearch and select local marketing agenciesCompare commercial proposalsNegotiate cooperation termsBrief agencies and monitor executionEvaluate performance and optimize partnershipsTrack campaign resultsAnalyze cost efficiencyPrepare regular reportsProvide optimization recommendationsRequirements:1-3 years of experience in marketing / communications / project coordinationExperience working with agencies or external vendorsStrong research and analytical skillsAbility to structure information and draw insightsFluent English & Russian languagesAbility to work from the office in LimassolStrong Advantage:French languageArabic languageExperience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or other regulated industriesExperience in offline activationsUnderstanding of digital marketing channelsConditions: Office-based role in LimassolPaid vacation and sick leave4 days offFree lunch in the officeCareer growth opportunity (potential path to Local Marketing Lead)Exposure to international marketing operationsSalary based on the results of the interview
