Base: StuttgartLanguage: German & EnglishJob DescriptionDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for SHINING 3D's 3D digitizing (industrial metrology) product lines across the European market.Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy, and sales enablement.Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital advertising, content development, events, and strategic sales enablement.Oversee brand positioning and corporate communications across all European marketing channels.Drive lead generation through targeted marketing programs that support the sales pipeline.Plan and execute participation in trade shows, industry events, and webinars across Europe.Manage marketing budget and track ROI on all marketing initiatives.Conduct market research to understand customer needs in industrial 3D inspection, competitive landscape, and industry trends.Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with SHINING 3D's worldwide brand strategy.Build and maintain relationships with key industry associations, media, and influencers in the European market.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in 3D scanning, industrial metrology, or related industrial technology sectors.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Willing to travel up to 20% for events and team meetings.Base location: Stuttgart, Germany.
