Marketing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join a growing international organisation.This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing initiatives aligned to business objectives. Working across multiple stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive projects from concept through to execution while ensuring activity is delivered effectively and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing plans and initiatives across a range of channels.Manage campaigns from planning through to execution and performance evaluation.Lead the delivery of digital marketing activity, ensuring content and campaigns support wider business objectives.Oversee social media planning, content development, and channel management.Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver engaging marketing communications.Monitor digital and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.Track market trends and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Support the development of marketing assets, content, and promotional materials.Produce regular reporting on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.RequirementsPrevious experience in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.Ability to interpret campaign data and use insights to inform future activity.Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, or marketing partners.Strong project management and organisational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Commercially minded with a proactive and results-focused approach.Professional fluency in English.If this role sounds of interest, then hit APPLY NOW!The Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors.
