Marketing Manager

Job PurposeMarketing Manager will work independently and in collaboration with various stakeholders across ALK and externally.Marketing Manager work closely with decision-making processes and thus be able to significantly contribute to the future success of ALK.The role will be to prepare and implement strategies and business activities aimed at maximizing the utilization and profitability of assigned products/ portfolio and building a positive company image.Ownership for formulating and managing the marketing strategy for ALK products in the Czech Republic.Develop and implement business solutions according to company strategy.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwnership of formulating and managing the marketing strategy for ALK products in the Czech Republic.Prepare and support execution of marketing activities for the ALK product portfolio, incl. digital solutions.Orchestrate omnichannel communication model with key Customer segments, incl. content management.Develop specific marketing/ brand plans for products or therapeutic areas within the organization.Analyse data and make data- driven recommendations and decisions.Collaborate with other ALK affiliates, the global and regional marketing team, sales and medical organization.Relationship management: establish and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Stakeholders and Decision Makers.Identify market opportunities through interactions with leading Stakeholders and Opinion Leaders (f2f/ remote calls or advisory boards/ round tables).Manage the promotional budget with efficiency.Organize and execute all assigned activities, as well as own initiatives that support achieving the company’s objectives and goals in the Czech Republic.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in Marketing/Business Management/Commercial Excellence.Background in the pharmaceutical sector is nice to have but not mandatory.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and building alignment across diverse stakeholders.International work experience is preferred.English language, both spoken and written is required.Czech language, native or strongly advanced level.Become a part of ALKALK is a global pharmaceutical company specializing in allergy immunotherapy.
