Marketing Manager

Amax Gas, the Bulgarian entity of Immergas Spa, is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive product launches, digital campaigns and partner marketing in Bulgaria. You will work closely with the local commercial and technical teams, Immergas headquarters and external agencies to turn business priorities into effective marketing initiatives.What you will doPlan and execute product launches and go-to-market campaigns.Develop campaigns for both installers/partners and end customers.Manage digital marketing across website, social media, email and landing pages.Create and coordinate campaign content, sales materials and customer communications.Support promotional campaigns, trainings, trade shows and partner events.Translate technical product benefits into clear, engaging marketing messages.Coordinate agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.Track campaign performance and continuously improve results.Support new digital services and customer-engagement initiatives.What we are looking forExperience in marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, brand or communications.Hands-on experience managing campaigns from concept to execution.Strong project-management, communication and organizational skills.Good understanding of digital marketing, content and social media.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CMS and email marketing tools.Ability to work confidently with commercial, technical and external teams.Proactive mindset and strong ownership.Fluent Bulgarian and English.Nice to haveB2B, B2B2C or technical/product marketing experience.Experience with partner or installer networks.Experience in HVAC, energy, construction or home improvement.Experience using AI tools in marketing.Basic design or video-editing skills.Italian language skills.What we offerGross monthly salary of €2,000–€2,500, depending on experience and qualifications.Christmas bonus.Remote work flexibility by mutual agreement.About Amax GasFounded in 1999, Amax Gas is part of Immergas Spa, a leading Italian manufacturer of heat pumps, hybrid systems and gas boilers, present in more than 50 countries.We provide modern heating, cooling and domestic hot water solutions for residential, commercial and industrial applications, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, comfort and sustainability.
