BOND is redefining business networking in DFW by creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear.Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote BOND’s brand, events, and membership offerings across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning campaigns, managing social media and email marketing, coordinating content creation, and collaborating with leadership to align marketing initiatives with growth goals. The Marketing Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on data, and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and creative resources. The role also includes supporting event marketing, overseeing marketing collateral, and maintaining consistent brand messaging that reflects BOND’s mission and values.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, social media management, and email marketing.Candidates should possess skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.Candidates should possess skills in analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.Candidates should possess skills in project management, time management, and cross-functional collaboration.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in B2B or community-focused marketing, preferably within networking, professional services, or startup ecosystems.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.Comfort working on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and engaging directly with members, partners, and event attendees.Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
