About the RoleWe are supporting our client on a search for a Marketing Manager in Chicago on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). This is a full-stack marketing seat - you will own campaigns across email, paid, content, and events, coordinate the marketing calendar, and report pipeline contribution weekly.Compensation$85,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience.What You Will Do- Own end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, paid, content, and events- Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate across brand, growth, and product- Track pipeline contribution and report on channel ROI weekly- Partner with sales on messaging, MQL/SQL definitions, and lead follow-up- Manage 1-2 agency or freelance relationships- Run performance experiments and share what worked/failed with the teamWhat You Bring- 4-7 years of B2B or B2C marketing experience- Track record owning campaigns end-to-end with real pipeline metrics- Fluency in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot + Google Analytics / GA4- Comfortable presenting to leadership with clear data narratives- Strong copy sense - you can spot a weak headline in seconds- Bonus: SaaS, fintech, or professional services backgroundBenefits- Hybrid in Chicago - 3 days in-office- Medical, dental, vision- 401(k) with match- Unlimited PTO- Commuter benefits- Marketing conference and learning stipend
