Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee COCO-MAT’s marketing activities, from planning and campaign development to execution and coordination across the different areas of the Marketing team.The role combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, requiring someone who can develop ideas, organize priorities and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to support the brand and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing plans and initiatives in line with COCO-MAT’s brand identity and business objectives.Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and activations, from idea development through to execution.Coordinate the activities and priorities of the Marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of projects.Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the brand’s presence and reach.Coordinate marketing activities across different channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistency in the brand’s communication and presence.Support initiatives related to Employer Branding and the overall positioning of the company.Monitor market trends, competitor activity and marketing performance, using insights to support future planning.Qualifications & Skills4+ years of experience in Marketing or a related field.Proven experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives.Strong organizational and project management skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop ideas and turn them into action.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Ability to lead and collaborate with a team, as well as work effectively with external partners.If you enjoy combining ideas with execution and are looking for a hands-on role where you can contribute to the development of marketing and communication activities, we would be happy to hear from you!
