The Marketing Manager will oversee content creation, social media strategy, digital marketing efforts, and campaign execution while ensuring alignment with broader business goals.The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly turn ideas into impactful campaigns, and uses data to continuously refine and improve results. They are a self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for brand building, and a proven ability to drive measurable marketing outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel content strategies aligned with brand goalsCreate engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, email)Produce short-form and long-form video, graphics, and written contentManage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagementPlan and execute paid advertising campaignsOptimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibilityTrack KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, ROAS) and prepare performance reportsConduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform strategyCollaborate with designers, sales teams, and external partners or influencersMaintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channelsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)1–3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media managementStrong copywriting and storytelling skillsExperience with social media management tools and analytics platformsFamiliarity with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)Basic design and/or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)Knowledge of SEO best practicesStrong analytical and organizational skillsPreferred SkillsExperience growing brand accounts organicallyOn-camera presence for video contentEmail marketing and automation experienceInfluencer or partnership campaign experienceA portfolio showcasing previous content workKey CompetenciesCreative thinkingStrategic mindsetStrong communication skillsData-driven decision-makingAdaptability in fast-paced environmentsCompensation: Commensurate with Experience
