Neither can be dropped for the otherSpain is a competitive market and Coverflex is still building brand awareness — results take time and require sustained effort before they compound. Patience and persistence are part of the jobYou're joining at peak season. September is the highest point of yearly seasonality in our market, which means you'll be onboarding, managing a junior, and delivering on one of the most demanding periods of the year — simultaneously, from day oneFor an initial period, the Head of Marketing will be absent. You'll need to hold the team together, make calls independently, and operate with high autonomy before you've fully found your feetCross-functional collaboration across teams, countries, and languages adds complexity — communication is part of the work, not background noise👤 YouMust-haves (evidence, not years)You've owned a full marketing workstream — campaigns, SEO, events, content, social, PR — and can walk through how you planned, executed, and measured it end to endYou write and edit fluently in both Spanish and English: you can draft copy, review a landing page, and present in front of an audience in either language without switching modesYou've managed or mentored at least one junior team member and know how to give direction without micromanagingYou've navigated a CMS (Webflow or equivalent) and published or updated content without always needing a developerYou have at least 5 years in marketing management roles, ideally in B2B SaaSYou can operate with high autonomy — you make decisions, move forward, and flag what matters without waiting to be toldNice-to-haveYou know the HR tech, benefits, or fintech space and understand the buyer behind those decisionsYou have PR contacts or a media network in Spain you can activateYou've run B2B lifecycle marketing or lead gen funnels and understand the handoff to salesYou have a public-facing profile — speaker, webinar host, LinkedIn presence — and are comfortable being a face of the brandYou have a portfolio or examples of previous campaign, content, or SEO work you can walk through🧬 Your DNAStrategic doer: you zoom out to set priorities and zoom in to execute them — often on the same day — without losing sight of eitherProactive and ownership-driven: you move without being asked, you document what you do, and you close the loopEditorially sharp: you have a feel for brand voice and catch things that are off — in copy, in design, in toneCalm under pressure: you don't lose rigor when things get busy, and you don't need calm conditions to produce good workConfident people leader: you bring structure and energy to a junior team member, not just a task list, and you're comfortable in front of people — at events, on webinars, in external partnershipsYou'll probably find this frustrating if…You need direction or validation before you act — this role requires independent decision-making from the startStrategy is your comfort zone and execution feels like someone else's jobPressure makes you cut corners on quality, consistency, or deadlines👥 Manager & TeamMeet Your ManagerHiring Manager: Ana Luna - Head of Marketing SpainLocation: SpainLinkedIn Profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/analunamoya-angeler/Profile SnapshotEnergy: Energetic and passionate — puts real drive and emotion into everything she doesCommunication: Clear, direct, and empathetic — values context and transparencyFeedback Style: Honest and constructive — gives feedback often, always oriented toward growthHow to work with me - in the Manager's own words:“Working with me means seeing marketing as a space for experimentation, creativity and analysis.
