Marketing Manager

I’m excited to share that we’re continuing to grow our team and are now hiring a Marketing Manager at Mc Grew Management Company.

While we’re simultaneously winding down our search for a Social Media Manager, it’s energizing to keep building momentum and invest in the people who will help drive our companies forward. This position will play a key role in leading day-to-day marketing operations across Mc Grew Equipment Company, Crownstone Equipment and Iron Road Logistics.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can bring structure, urgency, and strong follow-through to the work. This person will help manage projects and priorities across multiple business lines, support events and activations, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and turn strategy into consistent execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order, keeping teams aligned, and helping marketing perform at a higher level across a growing organization. Experience in marketing operations, project management, multi-location businesses, dealerships, industrial or B2B environments, and cross-functional coordination will stand out.
