DeVoe & Company is seeking a Marketing Manager to help create, develop, execute, and manage marketing and event initiatives. This fast-paced, challenging role requires an individual with cross-functional marketing acumen and instincts, financial services/wealth management industry experience, and good judgment. We are looking for the right individual who enjoys juggling marketing strategies and tactics across channels. The position is a great fit for someone who is both analytical and creative. The most successful candidate will also have strong project management and organization skills, possess sharp problem-solving skills, and be able to leverage past marketing experience to know the optimal path forward in a variety of scenarios and a shifting landscape.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager, you will support and often lead marketing initiatives, with a focus on the company's industry events, thought leadership, and general marketing programs. Example responsibilities:Graphic Design: Graphic design production for email communications, event promotion, social media, and promotional materialsEvent & Conference Production: Manage multiple project streams within events, including venue sourcing, fulfillment of sponsorship benefits, and involvement in overall project management. Experience managing F&B, hotel contracts, networking events, and budgeting/expense managementBrand Management and Presentation Development: Develop and update marketing presentations and collateral to support the ongoing freshness of materials and message. Experience in PPT and CanvaSocial Media: Lead social media marketing, including the copywriting and design for social media posts; Manage comments and tagsWebinar Production: Develop a comprehensive webinar calendar, including setting the strategy, determining content and topics, developing visual aids/charts, scheduling guests, creating promotional campaigns, executing the webinar via Zoom, tracking leads, etc.Website: Update the company’s website based on the editorial calendar, current promotional events, and other opportunistic improvements. Manage the gated content and support the company’s SEO and PPC efforts.HubSpot Marketing Tool Management: Build marketing emails and drip campaigns, including testing, QA, and criteria validation. Develop trigger-based emails to support lifecycle communications for prospects and clients. Maintain analytics and key metricsVendor Management: Marketing technology, event, and design partner liaison Thought Leadership, Reports & Survey Development SupportQualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent experience4-10 years of marketing experience; passionate about continuous learning in marketingExperience in HubSpot Marketing Automation Tool or equivalent email marketing system, Salesforce, and website CMS (Webflow experience is a plus)Track record of leading or supporting successful in-person and virtual eventsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAdept at data analysis and reportingExtremely strong attention to detailsHighly organized and strong project managementSelf-starter with ability to prioritizeB2B marketing experience within financial servicesStrong knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office (including PPT and Excel), and Zoom; Knowledge of Dropbox is a plus. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment; Must have a designated professional workspaceWillingness to work outside regular business hours as neededTravel is required to bi-annual company conferences and annual team offsite meetingKnowledge of the wealth management industry / financial services space Canva or Adobe Illustrator Design acumenWebinar management tools (Zoom webinar)Asana/Project Management Tools
