This is a hands-on, in-office role where you'll work directly with leadership to execute marketing campaigns, build AI-powered websites and landing pages, create engaging content, and leverage the latest AI tools to move faster than the competition.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate awareness and qualified leadsBuild, launch, and optimize AI-powered websites and landing pagesUse AI tools to create content, automate workflows, improve campaign performance, and increase marketing efficiencyCreate compelling content for social media, email marketing, blogs, videos, and the company websiteDevelop messaging and positioning that differentiates Disbo in the legal technology marketManage SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media initiativesTrack campaign performance and use analytics to continuously optimize resultsStay ahead of emerging AI tools and marketing trends, bringing new ideas to the teamCollaborate closely with leadership, product, and sales teams on go-to-market initiativesManage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environmentQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of professional marketing experienceExperience building AI-powered websites, landing pages, or digital experiencesStrong understanding of AI tools used for content creation, marketing automation, and productivityExperience with digital marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertisingStrong copywriting and storytelling skillsExperience analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisionsSelf-starter with a creative mindset and strong attention to detailExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to work full-time in our Los Angeles officeCompensation$80,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience • Opportunities for growth in a fast-moving legal technology startup
