The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue-type landlords portfolios, and then ii) building a top-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business.We’re a fast-growing, product-focused company, backed by top-tier investors and led by a team with deep experience in real estate, technology, and operations.Position summary We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Communications Associate to support day-to-day marketing execution across our growing portfolio of agency brands. This is a highly hands-on role with a strong operational focus — ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, moving quickly, and bringing structure and consistency across multiple brands, with success defined by establishing consistent monthly content and communications cadences, improving engagement across landlord communications, and building scalable systems that support future acquisitions and growth.You’ll support landlord and tenant communications, email marketing, content production, website updates, and marketing operations across 8 agency brands, while helping standardise processes and scale marketing efforts efficiently as the business continues to grow through acquisitions.Key responsibilitiesContent & BrandPlan and produce content across multiple agency brands, including social media, blogs, lead magnets, and regulatory updatesMaintain brand consistency through shared templates, systems, and processesAdapt content to local markets while preserving scalability and efficiencySupport visual production using Figma and CanvaLandlord & Tenant CommunicationsManage monthly landlord newsletters, regulatory updates, and platform announcementsBuild and maintain Mailchimp campaigns, audience segmentation, and nurture journeysCoordinate tenant-facing communications across the portfolioDigital PresenceManage website content updates and support template rollouts in collaboration with design and development teamsSupport SEO-driven content initiatives and on-page optimisationBuild and maintain lead capture pagesMarketing OperationsUse Zapier and AI tools to scale content production and operational workflowsMaintain organised asset libraries, templates, and internal documentationTrack and report on campaign and email performance metricsGrowth SupportSupport paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn alongside internal stakeholders or external agenciesAssist with audience targeting, creative production, and nurture flowsQualifications and Preferred Background Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) — comfortable communicating with British stakeholders3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or operational support roles within fast-paced environments (startup experience is a plus)Strong copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, on-brand content quicklyProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and fast-changing priorities with strong judgment and executionExcellent attention to detailStrong organisational and prioritisation skills; able to operate effectively with imperfect information and move work forward independentlyHands-on experience with Mailchimp, Figma, Zapier, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools such as ChatGPTComfortable using AI tools to scale workflows and improve efficiencyExperience supporting multiple brands, clients, or product lines simultaneouslyProcess-driven, adaptable, and self-managingMust have significant overlap with UK working hours (minimum 4–6 hours per day)PreferredProperty, prop-tech, or estate agency backgroundWorking knowledge of SEO and CMS platformsMeta Ads or paid social experienceCompensation and benefitsCompetitive compensation (based on experience)Remote-first setup with a high-trust culture and flexible workloadWhat is it like being a Dwell-erFeel free to check out Dwelly Core Principles.
