Marketing Manager

I’m excited to be hiring a Marketing Manager at Estate Yountville.

This is one of those roles that sits in a really important space between brand strategy and the guest experience.

Estate Yountville is continuing to evolve, and we have a lot of ambitious work ahead across the resort, restaurants, events, programming, content, and the overall on-property experience. We’re looking for someone who can help bring that work to life in a way that feels thoughtful and deeply connected to the guest journey.

This person will be our on-property marketing lead. The one who helps translate the brand from strategy into the physical and experiential details guests actually encounter.

The creative assets.

The storytelling opportunities.

The small details that quietly shape how a place feels.

This is a role for someone who loves hospitality, has a strong eye for design and details, understands how brand shows up in real life, and can work closely with operations, F&B, guest experience, sales, and leadership to make things happen quickly.

Estate Yountville is a special place in the heart of Napa Valley, and this role will have a direct hand in shaping how guests experience it.
