Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager’s initial focus will be on developing and executing an employer branding strategy to support organizational growth and technical recruitment. Over time, the scope of the role could expand to include broader corporate branding, digital strategy, and long-term market positioning. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this individual will lead the transition from initial brand awareness to a sophisticated, industry-leading presence.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer Branding: Develop an employer value proposition (EVP) to attract top-tier technical and engineering talent. Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to enhance digital presence on career platforms and professional social networksBrand Evolution: Lead the gradual transition from brand awareness to comprehensive corporate branding, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity across all business unitsDigital Strategy & SEO: Manage and optimize GTI’s online presence. While the strategy excludes traditional showcases and conferences, it prioritizes SEO best practices to drive organic visibility and brand authority. Own and maintain social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, etcContent Strategy: Create compelling narratives highlighting technical projects, organizational culture, and engineering capabilities to engage prospective employees and industry partnersDepartmental Growth: As the inaugural member of the marketing function, this role includes the eventual opportunity to build and lead a dedicated marketing team as the organization scalesQualifications5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand development or recruitment marketingBackground in building brand awareness within technical, manufacturing, or mission-critical infrastructure industriesProficiency in SEO, digital marketing tools, and content management systemsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex modular infrastructure concepts into engaging messagingA self-directed professional capable of working independently and transitioning into a leadership capacityPerks & BenefitsGTI Energy offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support employees and their families while providing long-term career growth opportunities within a fast-growing manufacturing organization.
