We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Support the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program Develop marketing strategies to increase Program Ally participation and engagement Provide marketing strategy and support in the Midstream channel Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns to business and residential customers and Program Ally contractors Serve as the marketing lead in collaboration with Program Managers and subcontractors Lead and execute marketing projects from start to finishWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business, or equivalent work experience Two (2) or more years of work experience in marketing, sales, business or related field Demonstrated capability and success in the development and execution of marketing strategies Strong organizational and project management skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workloadWhat's On Offer Opportunity to make an impact on energy efficiency programs Hybrid work model (home and office) Collaborative team environmentApply via Haystack today!
