About the RoleThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Honey Mama's annual marketing strategy while driving consumer awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. This role owns the marketing calendar, manages the marketing budget, oversees paid media and digital marketing initiatives, and partners cross-functionally to execute campaigns that support both retail and eCommerce growth.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategic marketing plans, analyzing campaign performance, and jumping into the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives. Success in this role requires adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to pivot quickly as business priorities evolve.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & PlanningSupport the development and execution of the Honey Mama's annual marketing plan in alignment with company goals and growth objectives.Build and sintegrated marketing campaigns that support product launches, seasonal promotions, retail initiatives, and consumer engagement.Support in the development of quarterly marketing roadmaps and adjust priorities based on business needs and performance.Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.Any other duties as assignedBudget ManagementCollaborate in the development, management, and optimization the annual marketing budget.Allocate marketing investments across paid media, digital channels, creative production, events, promotions, and partnerships.Monitor marketing spend and evaluate return on investment across campaigns.Provide regular budget updates, performance reporting, and recommendations to leadership.Digital Marketing & Paid MediaDevelop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital platformsManage agency partners and digital vendors to ensure campaign performance and budget efficiency.Analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and return on ad spend (ROAS).Support website optimization, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and digital customer experience.Partner with eCommerce teams to drive online sales and customer growth.Content & Consumer MarketingManage the marketing calendar across digital, social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.Oversee the creation of marketing content, photography, video, and creative assets through internal teams and external partners.Support influencer partnerships, public relations opportunities, and consumer engagement initiatives.Coordinate marketing materials for retailers, trade shows, sampling programs, and events.Analytics & PerformanceEstablish key marketing metrics and regularly report campaign performance to leadership.Track KPIs including customer acquisition, website traffic, conversion rates, email performance, paid media effectiveness, and marketing ROI.Use analytics and consumer insights to continually improve marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.Stay current on industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and evolving consumer behaviors.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Sales to support retailer promotions, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.Collaborate with Product and Operations to ensure marketing plans align with inventory, production timelines, and business priorities.Help prioritize projects across departments while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.Foster strong relationships with agency partners, freelancers, and vendors.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food and beverage, or a high-growth consumer brand.Experience developing annual marketing plans and managing marketing budgets.Strong knowledge of paid media platforms including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Experience with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, SEO, website management, and digital marketing best practices.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Experience managing agencies and external marketing partners is preferred.What We're Looking ForA strategic thinker who enjoys executing as much as planning.A highly organized marketer who can manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as business needs change.Someone who is comfortable making data-driven decisions while remaining creative and consumer-focused.A collaborative leader who enjoys working across departments to bring ideas to life.A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
