Job DescriptionManpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join our client's team.The selected candidate will be responsible for leading daily marketing activities, managing a small on-site team, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, creativity, digital marketing expertise, and operational efficiency. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing plans, campaigns, content, performance analysis, and brand-related initiatives across multiple hospitality and F&B brands.ResponsibilitiesManage marketing activities across a diverse portfolio of hospitality and F&B brands.Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with revenue goals, brand awareness targets, and business growth objectives.Create and manage content calendars, engaging content, social media strategies, paid and organic campaigns, and event-related marketing initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, ecommerce, and administration, to ensure effective campaign execution and strong brand alignment.Monitor, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance, while keeping up to date with emerging AI trends, social media algorithms, and design best practices.Key RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the hospitality sector.Based in Malta, with strong knowledge of the local market.Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, social media, and multi-brand project coordination.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify improvement opportunities.Strong communication, presentation, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines.
