Our B2C business drives direct retail sales, rentals and brand awareness, while our B2B channels serve property managers, vacation rental operators, residential developers, and commercial facility operators. We are scaling both sides of the business and need a Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution across all of it.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll inherit a strong foundation of B2B programs and take ownership of marketing across both our B2B and B2C brands. You'll manage agency partners, oversee digital and content channels, organize content shoots and events, and ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business impact.This is a true player-coach role. You'll be responsible for setting the marketing strategy, analyzing performance data, prioritizing initiatives, and making decisions that compound over time. At the same time, you'll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute—working directly with agencies, reviewing creative, building sales assets, supporting events, running outreach, cleaning up CRM data, or jumping into whatever the business needs.Success in this role comes from balancing long-term thinking with day-to-day execution. Especially in the early stages, you'll be expected to wear multiple hats, build momentum, and lead by doing.What You Will OwnB2B Partnership ProgramsLead and scale the Property Manager Partner Program targeting vacation rental management companies, driving partner acquisition, engagement, and long-term growthDrive the Builder Partnership Program to position Golf Cart Group as the preferred partner for new residential developmentsExpand the Commercial Utility Cart Program for facilities teams, farms, industrial operators, apartment communities, and other commercial customersOwn partner marketing campaigns, outreach sequences, sales enablement assets (one-pagers, decks, case studies), and partner tracking processesPartner closely with Business Development Representatives by developing target account lists, refining outbound messaging and sequences, creating sales collateral, and supporting follow-up campaigns to improve conversionB2C Marketing & BrandDevelop and execute consumer marketing campaigns for both Street Legal and Nashville PowersportsOwn local SEO strategy, online reputation management, and customer review programs to increase local visibility and retail demandManage website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization to improve lead generation across both brandsOversee content creation, including photo and video shoots—you will be on-site to direct and manage productionDrive local event marketing, seasonal campaigns, and lifestyle content that builds brand affinityManage SEO, generative engine optimization, AI search optimization, email marketing, paid media, and social media strategy in coordination with agency partnersDigital, CRM & ReportingSupport the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of the company CRM to improve sales workflows and marketing attributionBuild dashboards that track leads, partner activity, revenue attribution, campaign performance, and channel effectivenessEnsure clean handoffs between marketing and sales for both consumer and business customersMeasure and optimize website performance, landing page conversion rates, and marketing funnel performanceTeam & Agency ManagementPartner closely with Business Development Representatives, equipping them with campaigns, messaging, sales assets, and marketing support that improves outbound effectivenessServe as the day-to-day lead for content, design, SEO, and paid media agency partnersCoordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and aligned with business prioritiesSignificantly reduce the CEO's involvement in day-to-day marketing operationsKey Metrics You Will Be Held ToB2B: Partner meetings booked, active partnerships established, referrals generated, placement agreements signed, and partner-sourced revenueB2C: Lead volume, cost per lead, website conversion rate, local search visibility, online review growth, campaign revenue attribution, event attendance, and conversionsCross-channel: CRM adoption and data quality, marketing-to-sales conversion rates, revenue by channel, and marketing's share of the total sales pipelineWhat We Are Looking ForRequired7+ years of marketing experience spanning both B2B and B2CExperience managing content production including on-site shoots and event marketingComfortable being the strategic decision-maker and the person who rolls up their sleevesStrong CRM experienceData-driven: you adjust strategy based on what the numbers are telling youExcellent written and verbal communication; able to write compelling sales assets and campaign copyLocated in or near Nashville, TNNice to HaveExperience in real estate, property management, hospitality, powersports, or outdoor/lifestyle industriesFamiliarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and partner/channel programsExperience managing BDRs or inside sales repsBackground working with and managing paid media and content agenciesBenefits & PerksCompetitive pay with opportunities for growth 401(k) with company matchingComprehensive medical insurance with multiple plan optionsDental and vision coverageHealth Savings Account (HSA) eligible plansPaid time off and company holidaysMileage reimbursement for travel between marketsProfessional development opportunities
