Our growth is driven by strong unit economics, high patient retention, and a performance-driven marketing engine.We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own brand execution and content strategy across all channels, working directly with our Chief Marketing Officer.The RoleThis is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands brand, content, and growth—and can actually build and deploy it.You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything we put into the market is aligned, on-brand, and driving results.What You’ll DoOwn day-to-day brand execution across all marketing channelsPlan, shoot, and edit video content (social, ads, educational)Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Engage with our audience—respond to comments, DMs, and build communityLead email marketing campaigns and lifecycle flows (onboarding, retention, reactivation)Develop and manage content calendars tied to growth initiativesEnsure consistency across paid ads, landing pages, and organic contentExecute campaigns in partnership with the CMO and paid media teamPlan and run events (brand activations, patient engagement, networking)Track performance and continuously optimize content and messagingWhat We’re Looking For3–6+ years in marketing, content, or social media (DTC or healthcare preferred)Strong understanding of brand voice and content strategyHands-on video production and editing experienceExperience managing social media accounts and engaging with audiencesEmail marketing experience (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-drivenComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhy Join UsHigh-growth company with significant upsideDirect exposure to leadership and strategyAbility to own and shape a brand at scaleCompetitive compensationHealthcare benefits401k benefitsApplyIf you’re someone who can both think strategically and execute at a high level, we want to hear from you.
