A rapidly growing national organization headquartered in the Metro Detroit area is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development of engaging content and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support business growth.This position combines creative marketing with analytical thinking, making it ideal for someone who can develop compelling content, manage integrated marketing campaigns, and leverage performance data to optimize results. The Marketing Manager will oversee content strategy, social media, digital marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and brand messaging while ensuring marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.The ideal candidate is a proactive, innovative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at turning ideas into effective campaigns, and uses data and insights to drive continuous improvement. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for building brands are essential, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated content and marketing strategies that support business and brand objectives.Create compelling content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, video, and other digital platforms.Produce and coordinate multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written communications.Manage social media channels, content calendars, publishing schedules, and audience engagement.Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.Improve website and content visibility through SEO best practices.Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as engagement, conversions, click-through rates, reach, and return on ad spend.Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.Partner with internal teams, creative resources, and external vendors or influencers to execute marketing initiatives.Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field preferred.1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, or a related marketing role.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.Experience using social media management, scheduling, and analytics platforms.Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience building and growing social media audiences organically.Comfortable creating and appearing in video content.Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.Background managing influencer partnerships or collaborative marketing campaigns.Portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns and content creation.Key CompetenciesCreative problem-solvingStrategic planning and executionExcellent verbal and written communicationAnalytical thinking and performance optimization
