🌺 Join our Ohana! Ono Hawaiian BBQ is hiring a Marketing Manager! 🌺

We are growing fast, with over 130 locations across California and Arizona! To support our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic, data-driven Marketing Manager to join our corporate team in Diamond Bar, CA.

If you have a passion for blending creative brand strategy with big data analytics, and you thrive in the fast-casual restaurant space, we want to hear from you. You will play a critical role in our marketing leadership, driving initiatives that align with our mission to share the “aloha” spirit and our Hawaiian-inspired cuisine.

What you’ll be doing:

* Brand & Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage LTO launches, and maintain our brand voice.

* Digital & Social Media: Oversee social channels (Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta), manage paid digital advertising, and partner with content creators.

* Local Store Marketing: Support our operations with grand opening strategies, community outreach, and local partnerships.

* Analytics & Optimization: Track KP Is, analyze marketing performance, and use data to optimize ROI and future investments.

What we’re looking for:

* 4–7 years of marketing experience (Restaurant, F&B, or consumer brand experience highly preferred).

* A proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.

* Proficiency in marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).

* A collaborative, resourceful self-starter with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

What we offer:

Compensation

: $92,000 - $110,000

* Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (In-Office, Diamond Bar, CA)
